The possibility of appearing of essentially nonlinear law Frequency el
ectromagnetic eigenwaves in a compensated metal is studied theoretical
ly. It is shown that ill an unbounded metalic medium the soliton- and
kink-type structures can form which are the propagating tramswerse sta
tionary waves in their character. The nonlinear waves Found are suppos
ed to be caused by the influence of their intrinsic strong inhomogeneo
us magnetic field on the charge carrier dynamics.
