Thermoluminescence of solid Ar preirradiated by slow electrons is inve
stigated. The glow curve is treated in terms of the first-order kineti
cs. Activation energies and frequency factors of traps are determined.
The 23 K thermoluminescence peak is supposed to be related electrons
localized on the vacancies. The investigation of variations in the the
rmoluminescence behavior with increasing exposure dose made it possibl
e to identify the Features associated with the radiation induced defec
ts.
