Abstract
An x-ray spectral technique with account for the dispersity of the sam ple by measuring the x-ray fluorescence intensity for two dispersion s tates with different particle size is shown, both theoretically and ex perimentally, to be an effective method in the analysis of heterogeneo us powders.
