Abstract
We describe a case of congenital intra-fourth ventricular arachnoid cy st and review the literature. A one-and-half-year-old boy had presente d with delayed milestones, intermittent raised intracranial pressure a nd ataxia. Excision of the arachnoid cyst has cured him.
