Abstract
Malignant fibrous histiocytomas occur rarely in internal organs of dog s. Only the spleen has been demonstrated as a primary site of tumor or igin. In humans, malignant fibrous histiocytomas originate frequently from any retroperitoneal organ. This case report describes the clinica l disease and morphological findings in a dog with a renal malignant f ibrous histiocytoma.
