Abstract
Automated psycho-diagnostical system for pedagogical abilities evaluat ion is presented. Its effectiveness depends on theoretical model of ma in components of special abilities, the means of empirical validity of the model control, existing test bank. The conforming to abovemention ed criteria makes it possible to point out system-forming factor and c orresponding symptomocomplex in the structure of pedagogical abilities .
