Abstract
Results of complex investigation of riggers' groups (radioelectronic i ndustry), different in success of performance are discussed. New metho dological approach is the basis of this investigation. It's main featu re is integration of wide range of individual peculiarities, from the genetically determined basic characteristics up to socially determined indices. group and ethnic differences, in course of professional sele ction and arrangement of personnel.
