The possibility of the production of scalar K (K) over bar molecules i
n radiative phi decays is considered without use of the small-width ap
proximation. It is shown that Br(phi --> gamma f(0)(a(0)) --> gamma pi
pi(pi eta)) approximate to (1-2) x 10(-5), Br(phi --> gamma(f(0) + a(
0)) --> gamma K+K-) less than or equal to 10(-6), and Br(phi --> gamma
(f(0) + a(0)) --> gamma K-0 (K) over bar(0)) less than or equal to 10(
-8). Mass spectra are presented for the pi pi, pi eta, K+K-, and K-0 (
K) over bar(0) channels. The imaginary part of the phi --> gamma f(0)(
a(0)) amplitude is calculated analytically. For sealar-resonance produ
ction, the amplitude phase, which is responsible for the interference
patterns in the transition e(+)e(-) --> gamma pi(+)pi(-), is found in
the region around the phi-meson mass.
