NEW SPECIES OF THE GENERA FEROSAGITTA AND OMITTOSAGITTA (CHAETOGNATHA) FROM THE COASTAL WATERS OF THE NORTH-WESTERN PART OF THE SEA-OF-JAPAN

Three new species of Chaetognatha (F. cristallina sp. n., O. bacillari s sp. n., O. diaphana sp. n.) were found during; the detailed study of plankton in the north-western part of the Sea of Japan up to now taxo nomists do not have a unified system to identification of the genera o f arrow worms. The keys proposed by Tokioka, 1965 and supplemented lat er (Kasatkina, 1971, 1982) with small additions facilitating the ident ification and the kegs to the world fauna of the genera Ferosagitta an d Omittosagitta are given. The detailed descriptions, figures and some data on the distribution and affinities are given.
