Abstract
[Fluorophenyl-H-3(N)] Ocfentanil (<(1b)under bar>) and [fluorophenyl-H -3(N)] brifentanil (<(2b)under bar>) were synthesized by catalytic tri tiation of appropriate bromo precursors (<(1a)under bar>,<(2a)under ba r>). The products were purified by preparative HPLC and characterized chromatographically and by proton decoupled H-3 NMR.
