Abstract
A kind of highly transparent Al2O3 ceramics is fabricated in a way of reducing the scattering origins such as the boundary scattering and th e facies-difference scattering. The ceramics is a hopeful substitute o f the optoelectronic detector windows made of crystalline Al2O3 with s everal advantages such as lower cost, improvement of detecting accurac y and increase of the damage threshold etc.
