Abstract
The chemistry, structural characteristics and electrical properties of high permittivity microwave ceramics based on the Ba(6-x)Res(8+2/3x)T i(18)O(54) (Re:La-Gd) solid solution series are reviewed. The influenc e of composition and processing parameters on dielectric constant, tem perature coefficient of resonant frequency and quality factor are desc ribed and discussed.
