Abstract
It is possible rapid and correct phylogenetic analysis of Aureobasidiu m and Hormonema strains on a basis of rDNA fragment's polymorphysm. A. pullulans strains produce exopolysaccharides in fluid media with orga nic, ammonium and(or) nitrate nitrogen sources while Hormonema strains produce it in media with organic nitrogen. Present investigation is f inanced partially at the expence of grant on Russian State Programm << Frontiers in Genetics>>.
