Investigation of thermal conductivity of solid solutions of Ne in p-H-
2 with Ne concentrations 1 . 10(-3)-1.3 . 10(-2) in the temperature ra
nge 1.5-8 K has been made. For crystals produced by condensation from
gaseous phases (without the liquid phase), increase of thermal conduct
ivity has been found with increasing Ne concentration. Annealing of sa
mples in the pre-melting region led to decrease of thermal conductivit
y from that of unannealed crystals obtained from the gaseous phase. Th
ermal conductivity of solid solutions obtained by crystallization from
liquid appeared to be lower than thermal conductivity of annealed and
unannealed samples obtained from the gaseous phase. An attempt is mad
e to explain qualitativelly anusual behavior of thermal conductivity o
f solid solutions of Ne in p-H-2 with the concentrations of Ne more th
an 1 . 10(-4).
