The equations of relativistic theory of superfluidity for a system wit
h two types of condensates in a non-dissipative approximation are phen
omenologically derived. Three-velocity relativistic thermodynamics and
hydrodynamics are derived from the condition of consistency of the co
nservation laws of the energy-momentum, the generalized charge, entrop
y and the equations for superfluid velocities.
