EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH REGARDING THE CHEMI CAL PRINT OF THE COCAINE SAMPLES

The investigation of relationships in the field of drug analysis is an important task in forensic chemistry for court evidence and drug inte lligence. Common sources of drug seizures are typical examples for suc h relationships. A rapid gas chromatographic comparison analysis metho d of cocaine samples has been used preliminary results have shown the presence of three minor cocaine-related alkaloids in illicit cocaine s amples. The variations in the relative amounts of these alkaloids sugg est that they might be useful for comparison purposes.
