Abstract
Capillary electrochromatography (CEC) was coupled with electrospray (E SI) mass spectrometry and evaluated as an on-line high resolution tech nique for the separation and characterization of some typical pharmace utical compound mixtures. Dispersion effects were observed and are dis cussed in the context of an optimized CEC/MS interface.
