Abstract
For a statically screened Coulomb-potential, two particle bound and re sonant states are determined which correspond to complex poles of the S-matrix. The complex scaling method is used in order to calculate bot h the real eigenvalues of the Hamiltonian and the complex resonances i n the same way. The eigenfunctions are described by complex power seri es; for the coefficients a recursion formula is given.
