Abstract
Photopotential transients, observed upon illumination with nanosecond laser flashes, were recorded for thin-film chemical-vapor-deposition d iamond electrodes under open-circuit conditions. The transients were a nalyzed using a simple equivalent circuit of the electrodes. Component s of the equivalent circuit were determined from the photopotential de cay curves. They closely coincide with those measured by the rectangul ar-current-pulse technique.
