Abstract
We have developed a 1/4-inch 380k pixel IT-CCD. Main characteristics m atch the conventional 1/3-inch CCD's. This CCD makes external bias cir cuits unnecessary. By reducing H-CCD pulse amplitude to 3.6V, low powe r consumption and low EMI (Electric Magnetic Interference) are obtaine d.
