Abstract
A high performance 3.5 inch magneto-optical disk drive that allows MPE G 2 encoded motion picture realtime recording is developed and commerc ialized. Laser Strobe Magnetic Over-lap Recording mcthod achieved 20 m inutes long 4 Mb/s quality motion picture sinking into a 5x92x97 mm ca rtridge.
