Abstract
A technique has been developed to machine free-form surfaces on three axis CNC machines to overcome the undesirable effects of the conventio nal technique. An experiment was designed and run to compare the match ing time, size of the cutter location data file, and the dimensional a ccuracies produced by the conventional techniques against those produc ed by the proposed technique.
