Abstract
A 10-year-old, neutered male domestic shorthair was diagnosed as havin g eosinophilic enteritis following two separate surgical biopsies. Alt hough treatment was aggressive and a partial response was seen, the ca t's condition deteriorated Postmortem histopathology revealed an intes tinal mast cell tumor.
