Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to study the static response of photodete ctors on a large range of incident power levels in order to point out saturation phenomena. After a description of the experimental set-up w hich has been used, obtained results on photoconductors and Metal-Semi conductor-Metal (MSM) photodiodes are presented and discussed in terms of linearity of their performances.
