Abstract
The acrylamide was grafted by radiation onto starch which is a kind po lymeric biomaterial. The urease was immobilized on the grafted starch. Some experiments to observe the quantitative relationships between th e percent graft and the activity of immobilized enzyme were determined . The enzyme activity was maintained by more than seven batch enzyme r eactions.
