Abstract
The influence of F-, TiO2 and P2O5 dopants on crystal formation, phase composition and microstructure of basaltic glass ceramics was investi gated. It was observed that P2O5 had a negative influence on the cryst allisation process. F- moved the temperature of the initial crystallis ation to a lower temperature. TiO2 did not seem to have any influence on the phase formation. These additives were found to have a very slig ht influence on the final microstructure.
