Abstract
Computer modelling of the antithrombin Ill-heparin-thrombin complex in spired the synthesis of novel glycoconjugates, whose factor Xa and thr ombin inhibitory activites can be adjusted in a rational way, leading to anticoagulants with unprecedented characteristics.
