Abstract
In this paper the effect of field sweep-rate on the fluctuation field (H-f) is examined. Measurements of H-f for a CrO2 medium at different values of sweep rates (R) show that H-f is independent of R when the d ata is analyzed according to the equation of state model. These result s agree with the theoretical treatment of the problem that also show H -f independent of field sweep-rate.
