Abstract
A new observation technique of magnetic induction based on the combina tion of differential phase contrast and interference electron microsco py has been developed. This technique can be used to clearly visualize the magnetic induction distribution in and around the specimen. Furth ermore, the quantitative determination of induction strength with a un it of h/e (h: Planck's constant, e: electron charge) can also be made possible.
