Abstract
Twenty depressed patients (4 men, 16 women; mean age 67 years) receive d right unilateral (RUL) electroconvulsive therapy (ECT). The ictal el ectroencephalogram (Fp1-Al) was blindly rated on a 7-point scale for r egularity of morphology at treatments two, four, and six. Seizure regu larity declined during the course of ECT.
