Abstract
To examine the efficacy of sisomicin (SISO) incorporated into fibrin g lue (FG) for the prevention of graft infection in animal models, the s usceptibility to infection of Dacron grafts (control) and SISO-FG Dacr on grafts following the inoculation of Staphylococcus aureus or S. epi dermidis was compared. The results showed that SISO-FG Dacron grafts d isplayed resistance to graft infection.
