Abstract
This paper presents the finite element modeling of multi-conductor gro unding connections under external field excitations. The grounding for mulation is accomplished using the integrodifferential finite element approach. This formulation Df grounding connections is verified by exp erimental measurement using laboratory scale models. Finally, the mode ling technique is used to study eddy current shielding of structural I -beams in are furnace installations.
