Abstract
We report noise data for discontinuous Ni82Fe18/Ag multilayer test str uctures. Examination of the noise data ibr this material indicates tha t random telegraph fluctuator (RTF) noise of the resistance is the pre dominant noise source. Analysis of the RTF noise in these structures p resents an: opportunity to estimate magnetic domain or magnetic cluste r strengths and the domain-domain interactions.
