Abstract
A reactive copolymer bearing functions able to react at room temperatu re with amino groups has been immobilized on a cysteamine-coated gold surface. Polymer immobilization, covalent coupling of rabbit immunoglo bulin G and antigen-antibody reactions were studied using a surface pl asmon resonance (SPR) technique. The effect of a protein A layer on th e antigen-antibody reaction was examined.
