Abstract
We present a signal-processing system developed for absorption-based g as sensing based on wavelength modulation of a laser diode. The system provides an accurate method for the measurement of gas concentration. An implementation is described which utilizes analog components for t he realization of an industrial high resolution calibration set-up for methane sensors, with an InGaAsP laser diode at 1.331 mu m.
