C. Sator et al., EFFECTS OF HIGH CO2-CONCENTRATIONS ON STO MATAL DENSITIES OF WHITE CLOVER LEAVES, Landbauforschung Volkenrode, 45(3), 1995, pp. 107-112
White clover (Trifolium repens) has been grown in OT-chambers under di
fferent CO2-concentrations (380 and 670 ppm). The reaction of the plan
ts in respect to yield and stomata density of the leaves has been test
ed. Yields and CO2-concentration were correlated positively within two
years of investigations. No difference could be found in stomata dens
ities of both leaf sides in respect to CO2-concentrations.
