Abstract
The mechanism of protective layer formation on sintered metal surface in corrosive media has been theoretically studied. (sic) sintered stee l, which is used for the fabrication of working parts of immersion ele ctric pumps, has been tested in stratal water containing 100 - 300 g/l minerals and 7 - 130 mg/l H2S. An effective method of corrosion prote ction of sintered steels has been suggested.
