Abstract
Prenatal care was equally distributed to all twin pregnant women of th e district of Haut de Seine in France in 1989-91, without differences by socio-economic level. No difference in rates of preterm births and very early preterm births (26-31 weeks) was measured by socio-economic level among twin pregnancies.
