Abstract
Molecules of 1,4,7,10,13-pentaoxa-16,19-dithiacyclohenicosane, [21]ane S(2)O(5), are linked in the sesquihydrate, C14H28O5S2.3/2H(2)O, via in termolecular O ... H-O hydrogen-bonding interactions with the water of crystallization, The conformation of the macrocycle is discussed in t erms of its potential as a multifunctional ligand.
