Abstract
Investigating urine sediment with light microscope after staining it w ith supravital colours we found typically deformed erythrocytes, which have passed the glomerular membrane. Comparison of this finding with proteinuria, biobsy material, and clinical findings shows conformity b etween morphology and glomerular disease in 90% of cases.
