Abstract
AIDS appeared during eighties. These immunodeficiency allowed the rise of rare or exceptional diseases. It also favorised the re-emergence o f tuberculosis, disease in regression in industrialized countries. We conducted a retrospective study of 88 tuberculosis' cases of patients less than 66 years old. Forty six were coinfected with HIV and 32, not known to be infected with HIV, represented the control group. The dis tinctive features are for the HN group : a contamination most of the t ime due to an endogenous re-activation, a tuberculin skin test negativ e, a clinical presentation dominated with systemic manifestations. But diagnosis is not more difficult and therapy do not need to be particu lar.
