Dispersion of temperature dependencies of direct electrical conductivi
ty values of samples prepared from ultrafine powders of zirconia ceram
ics (ZrO2: 11 mol % CaO) was found as a function of powders time stora
ge. The significance of the powders homogeneity reached by the additio
nal grinding before the samples preparation for obtaining of reproduci
ble values of direct electrical conductivity is presented. There is sh
own that temperature dependencies of absolute values of direct electri
cal conductivity are depended on the phase composition of the ceramic
sample. There was found on the base of measurements the heating temper
ature 1400 degrees C as a sufficient for searched powders.
