Specific features of the theological behavior of compositions of oligo
isobutylene with organic structure-forming agents - natural and synthe
tic waxes - were studied. The dependence of the dynamic viscosity on t
he rate of shear and change in the yield stress with the nature and co
ntent of the structure-forming agent are demonstrated. At small rates
shear, a region resulting from the contribution of the structure-formi
ng agent to viscous flow is revealed in the flow curves. A hysteresis
in the systems studied is noted. The behavior of waxes as specific fil
lers with enhanced affinity to the elastomeric matrix is analyzed.
