A general numerical method to model linear sweep voltammetry for assis
ted ion transfer reactions of 1:1 stoichiometry is presented. The appr
oach is based on a Nicholson-Shain integration of the convolution inte
grals. This numerical approach is validated by simulations using the h
opscotch algorithm. Experimental results corroborate the calculations.
