From available information concerning the wetting behavior of pure He-
3 and pure He-4 on alkali metal substrates, as well as the known prope
rties of bulk He-3-He-4 mixtures, the complete wetting phase diagrams
for such mixtures, showing prewetting, isotopic separation and lambda
transitions for the film phases have been derived. We predict new phen
omena such as a triple-point induced dewetting transition, and the abs
ence of a superfluid film wetting Cs, Rb and K walls under concentrate
d He-3 solutions.
