Abstract
The amino acid composition of the lupin protein that escaped in situ r uminal digestion differed markedly both quantitatively and qualitative ly from its initial composition. Extruding lupin seeds increased intes tinal disappearance of most of the amino acids, but disappearance of a rginine, cystine and lysine was greater.
