Abstract
A liquid chromatographic method has been developed for the determinati on of glyburide and 3 known related compounds in drug raw materials. T he lower limit of quantitation of the related compounds is about 0.02% . Evaluation of 9 drug raw materials revealed total impurities ranging from 0.17 to 0.65%. The relative standard deviation of the assay meth od is <1%.
