Abstract
Excess enthalpies have been determined at 298.15 K for the binary syst ems hexanal + n-nonane, and + (n - 1)-nonene, trans-2-butenal + n-nona ne, + cyclohexane, + (n - 1)-nonene, + (n - 1)-nonyne, and +1-butanol, and benzaldehyde + n-decane, + (n - 1)-decene, and + 1-hexanol, using a Calvet-type differential microcalorimeter. The results are fitted w ith a Redlich-Kister-type polynomial and the UNIFAC group-contribution model.
