Abstract
Many modern plating solutions use agitation in one form or another to improve the conditions of operation. Ultrasonic agitation of the plati ng solution is a more recent entrant to this field. The present paper gives a brief survey of literature in the area of ultrasonic plating a nd also compares the properties of deposits obtained from still bath a nd ultrasonic agitated bath.
