Abstract
A series of 30 microlaparoscopies performed under local anaesthesia an d sedation are presented. The visualization of the pelvic organs was a cceptable and the patients reported mild discomfort only. Microlaparos copy may potentially replace macrolaparoscopy in selected cases.
